So today is my 18th birthday and honestly, as much as I have hated my birthday in the past, this is one of the best days of my life. Don't get me wrong, there wasn't anything too special or anything like that, I just went out to eat with the people I love and got a few gifts and oh wow I am so unbelievably happy. Sometimes we tend to take the little things for granted and I am so glad that I am still here and was able to experience today with my loved ones. I never thought I'd make it to my 13th birthday let alone 18th. Hang in there, you'll make it too.
