Mental note: BBQ places in NC are closed Mon and Tues. southern hospitality seems to be a bit of a farce unless you are at a very nice dining establishment, which I would expect in any area of the country. Otherwise, they are actually kind of jerks. The Carolina Inn, one of the better lodging in the city let alone the stage leaves much to be desired in the way of housecleaning and valet. Open my door, learn turn down service and for heaven sake, don't leave or reuse dirty glasses!!
