Dear person who wrote, “I’m addicted to my phone.” for what it’s worth, this means your faith is alive. dead faith doesn’t struggle with these kinds of conflicts - or any conflicts, for that matter. faith that is alive struggles. a lot. sometimes we get ourselves to the breaking point when God is trying to pull us back, but it can sometimes feel like He doesn’t even exist. but I can tell you that He is nearer than you think, and that you mustn’t give up that one little grain of faith you have left. keep calling out to Him, He will be there for you. if you’re not happy with how things are (whether that be your body, your screen time, etc.), take healthy, manageable steps to work towards your goal. maybe take a break from social media, or set app restrictions. as for your body, maybe work out a few times a week and start to cut out overly processed foods. honey, no matter what it is, God’s got you every step of the way. you have to have the lows to appreciate the highs. don’t give up faith, your miracle is on its way. 💕
