Fought off a panic attack facing the task of organizing all of the boy's loan information and payments. Broke down afterwards. It is so completely exhausting having anxiety, it just drains everything out of you. Anxiety is like a Dementor, and only faith and living in the precise moment can keep it from sucking you completely empty of all hope, happiness and peace. I feel I will be battling my Dementors for the rest of my life.
