being vegan - a poem by me

is it really that hard
for you to understand my choice
is it necessary to mock me for being moral

i am wise
i am strong
you are fuelled by rotting flesh

so what
i am vegan
don't taunt me with dairy
because that chocolate bar was once a living being
with feelings
like you
like me

respect my choice
and in return
i will kindly show you the door.
