To the doctor who has had me waiting for twenty minutes: don't tell me to arrive 15 minutes early and that if I am late you will reschedule and then charge me $75 because you, "keep an on time schedule." Really? Because if that was the case you would've "arrived" in my exam room 15 minutes ago. Too bad I can't send you a $75 bill. Don't put on your website that you run on time so that, "our patients can return to home or work as soon as possible."
