I understand your stance. But the past eighteen months have been so toxic and hurtful for some groups.
It's sad to the point that news sources have been posting series of photos to get people through the day.
The shards of America, believe it or not, have pressed into some people's flesh and they bleed. They bleed for America as they knew it, and that is as much a part of life as normal memories are.
Be assured, however, that I am not butthurt. I only wish for you to understand the impact of what has happened.
