Took a lunch-time Rugby training. I never really played when I was in school, but I'm finding knowing "how" to teach is very effective. It lets my students and I both learn together, while my "teacher hat" sets the pace and direction. Remember, we don't have to be masters in a field to help someone advance in theirs. We just have to have a keen interest and an understanding of the people involved.
