Last night took 2 sleep aids, was randomly waking up abruptly in the middle of the night. Felt like I couldn’t breathe because my mouth was so fucking dry. First woke up 3am ⏩9am thought I hit snooze for 5 minutes and woke up @ 10:32am. I made myself breakfast that was pretty good. Came into work and my coworker gave me a Bahn-Mi. -🌸
