i realized her overbite simply charmed, partly bc her lips splayed like huge rose buds over jittering teeth. sometimes it stretched into a grin, corresponding with some of the most incredible dimples i’ve ever seen. her eyebrows, massive. always active, always goofing, always focusing. even her newly cropped hair danced and glimmered, as vital and full as her face. she commanded the room with serious stories and tomfoolery in unabashed dichotomy. everything about her was huge, and lovely.
