Wow that is just abusively twisted, to take the cause/perpetrator and frame them as the victim (and look at that, the natural no-one-can-control-this factors are blamed instead). I'm sick of hearing these backwards arguments. We will not get ANYwhere until our cultural understanding of leadership has a high expectation of leaders to take responsibility for their personal/emotional development, their faults, their blindspots, their baggage... That way we wouldn't have asshole leaders always trying to argue for the defense of the PROBLEM factor.
