Yesterday, my DM called to say my company wasn't going to give me the bonus I earned for 4th quarter last year because I was no longer managing the store when the bonuses were laid out (yesterday). Today, I called my RM and asked her if an exception could be made based on my hard work and length of time I have worked for the company. SHE SAID YES!! That's $1000!! Hallelujah!!!
