Today I went through Leaders training with the BSA which is the Boy Scouts of America. It was so informative and impressive. Had no idea of how exactly involved and organized the program was and did not know until today my exact responsibilities were. Would I have taken on such a role if I had been aware of what it would take to fill the position? Not sure. Glad I have? Not sure either. It has its quirks but, the role itself is mighty!
