A nice quiet day. Jiali and I went for a morning walk at the park and we managed to avoid all human/canine contact. The best way to do this is to wear headphones and stay off the paved paths. I don't actually listen to anything; the earbuds are not plugged into the phone; the plug is loose in my pocket. Cheesy hearing impaired person trick. Staying off the pavement is crucial because the other dog walkers stick to pavement. We go on the grass (gasp!) because we both like it. Well, I like it; Jiali likes grass only if it's dry. He's not a big fan of being outdoors. He's a house dog; mostly a memory foam mattress dog.
